Twenty five years in executive leadership, across the public sector, the private sector and the boardroom. Susan has run cities, led a billion dollar redevelopment portfolio, and built the partnerships that made both possible. She is a civil engineer by training, a community builder by instinct, and a specialist in finding solutions to problems everyone else has accepted as permanent.
Today she chairs peer groups of CEOs and executives, coaches senior leaders one to one, and works with leadership teams on alignment. Her book, Seasons of Soul, reached number one on Amazon in Organizational Leadership and carries an endorsement from Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.
