From poverty to the boardroom
Raised in an impoverished farming family in rural Manitoba, Susan learned early that limitations are often inherited before they are examined.
Her career carried her through civil engineering and public leadership—from the City of Waterloo and OMAFRA to Deputy CAO of Wood Buffalo, CAO of Swift Current and CEO of Southbridge Development Corporation.
